What is included in price?

At The Classen, we like to keep it simple.  "Rent" includes water, valet trash removal, electric, parking as well as the long list of amenities.

 

 

What is the Pet Policy?

The Classen wants your furry family members to feel as much at home as you do.  The Classen does not have a weight limit, however we are not able to approve aggressive breeds.  Two pets per apartment and a $250.00 non refundable per pet fee.  For more details please contact The Classen. 

 

 

I will only be in town on business for 7 months, maybe a little longer, what are the lease lengths?

Great question!  The Classen will offer 3-13 month leases and anything in between!  At the expiration of your lease there is an option to go "Month by Month" or sign another 3-13 month lease. 

 

 

Does The Classen offer corporate suites? 

The Classen is proud to offer corporate suites to meet your needs.  Several Fortune 500 companies have chosen The Classen Luxury Apartments to house their executives while in town on business.  A corporate suite can be made to accomodate the most elaborate to the most basic housing needs.  Luxury furniture, washer and dryer, housekeeping, cable, phone, internet can all be included into one bill for easy accounting.

 

 

Where do I park at The Classen?

The Classen boasts a perfect parking solution!  Each apartment is offered two assigned parking spaces in the lower parking garage.  The lower parking garage is access control for residents only, it is both video monitored and can be visibly seen by Concierge 24 hours a day.  The upper parking garage is also video monitored by Concierge and offers an abundance of parking spaces for our residents guests. 

 

 

I need to host business meetings, does The Classen have a business center?

The Classen does have a Meeting Room, a Business Center as well as a Game Room that can all be reserved through Concierge for free.  The Classen also offers free wireless internet in the lower lobby which can be utilized for your business purposes.  Dim the lights during your presentation and have lunch catered across the other room.  Ask Concierge for assistance in making your business meeting a huge hit and an outside of the white walled board room meeting for your staff.
